R&B Divas LA season 1 episode 3: Kelly Price, Chante Moore, Lil’ Mo, Claudette Ortiz, Michel’le and Dawn Robinson all go to Vegas, Chante Moore is all about female empowerment and self-marrage, Dawn Robinson reveals more about her hurtful and abusive marrage also struggles to have a child,Lil Mo and Chante Moore save the day singing at Boardway in the Hood.

This show is pleasant, honest and easy to watch. I think they have go the balance right in this case because I can see people like Chante Moore, Lil Mo, Michel'le and to some extent Dawn Robinson not standing for any behind the scenes rubbish - however time will tell since it's still early days.
These women are hungry  in a different way to the ones in R&B Diva's Atlanta. With the exception of Claudette Ortiz- these are very cast full of strong women and know their worth! I say that because Claudette Ortiz is the youngest by a good few years.

So given that the foolery that is Basketball Balls Miami will be starting with Tami, Evelyn Lozada and Shaunie O'Neil soon this is a good cool down show.

Lil Mo, Dawn Robinson and Claudette Ortiz bond over  'All we have being through' discussions.

It kicks off with Lil Mo, Dawn Robinson and Claudette Ortiz all discussing the monologues. Yada, yada, yada they keep on talking.

For the hundredth time in the show Dawn Robinson tells us how scared she is about exposing herself and she doesn't want people to judge her story. It's a bit too late for that in the day I think. We already know she was abused, humiliated and cheated on. Also she desperately wants a baby - it comes out at every chance.

Vocal Lil Mo says she uses tattoos to cover her pain because self-harm isn't her thing. I know a lot of celebrities do that. There was a time whenever David Beckham got a tattoo you could tell a news story was about to break about him.

Anyway they all agree life isn't all roses and rainbows and it's best to tell your truth and keep moving. I'm thinking maybe Love and Hip Hop Joseline would love to join this group so she too can discuss 'All she has been through'.

Kelly Price invites Michel'le to Vegas

Kelly Price and Michel'le meet up for a chat. Kelly tells Michel'le she wants all the girls to go to Vegas.

They joke about what goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas then Kelly Price tells her the real reason is for a Non Profit/charity called Broadway in the Hood she supports.

It brings theatre into impoverished Las Vegas neighbourhoods and introducing children, teens, and adults to the arts.

Vegas Trip

The Divas land in Vegas - Lil Mo give us too much information about conceiving one of her kids there. She even gives us the exact suite.

Anyway the divas - Kelly Price, Lil Mo, Dawn Robinson and Claudette Ortiz - all meet at pool side when Miss Chante Moore makes an entrance doing a wonder woman thing though Michel'le thought it was more strip club.

They start talking yet again about the monologues with Dawn Robinson's insecurity nature coming out. Dawn Robinson is a strange one because she is so afraid of getting things wrong or taking risks and at the same time it's like she is walking on thin ice or egg shells all the times.

Anyway Miss Chante Moore who is probably more bossy than Lil Mo orders them to own their story. Chante is writing a book called 'Will you marry you?'. It's about internalising and reviewing onesself and actions.  She started when she married custody-Sue Kenny Lattimate.

Michel'le who is brilliant at one liners says if Chante had written this book twenty years ago it would have saved a lot of wrinkles. Chante Moore is like your story is your story. Be strong, adamant and own it. Ok, thanks preacher Chante Moore.

Question and Answer session with the kids at Broadway In The Hood

So Kelly Price takes Lil Mo, Michel'le Toussaint and Claudette Ortiz to a rehearsal of the kids but Chante Moore and Dawn Robinson are missing. I understand probably Chante Moore and Dawn Robinson are having business meetings else where - remember there is life off the camera and we don't see everything.

Kelly introduces the girls and there is an excitement in the air. We hear one of the questions which is they typical one that gets asked 'What advise you do have for these kids who want to go in the business' or something like that.

Lil Mo is all bibled up and religous Christian girl she is - she goes in hard and says something along these lines. Put God first because the industry is demonic -  full of vipers and snakes. Man says something but God puts you where you sit.  You will make mistakes but keep going.

Michel'le Toussaint is more easy-going and says - you can't fail if you don't try. I think she meant you can't succeed if you don't try.

Claudette Ortiz told them your talent and artistry are your gifts and will always be there. Hmmm... not strictly true because I think you don't use it you lose it and sometimes things go but we know what she means and it's too encourage kids.

Kelly Price was like beware of the 'yes men' and always have someone who will check you. They will they you your stuff stinks - think she means be truthful - and know who you are.

After that they ask if the girls can sing a song which they do.

Chante Moore and Dawn Robinson discussing babies and dating.

Chante Moore and Dawn Robinson meet up in a bar and Dawn tells Chante about her history. Dawn goes on about how she wants kids and her ex-husband demoralised her by not only being abusive and cheating but also having three children outside when she really wanted one.

Right now she is dating some British man (from Wales) and she really wants a kid. Chante doesn't really know what to say - she seemed kind of shocked that Dawn still wanted kids but was encouraging all the same.

Dawn Robinson is like what doesn't kill you make you stronger. Her marriage was so hurtful that it was either she be strong or die. I think Dawn is okay telling her story in a small group or one-to-one but gets stage fright.

Diva Chat with Lil Mo, Michel'le Toussaint and Claudette Ortiz

The desert wind is blowing hard in Vegas and weave is flying about. Michel'le tells us that there is something about her marriage being fake - well anything to do with Suge Knight will have drama. Allegedly hte FBI and IRS told Michel'le her marriage was fake.

Lil Mo tells the others she doesn't buy into the 'Will I marry me' book and what about 'Will I divorce me?'  She is on husband number two. Anyway Lil Mo says it's easier to sell pain because something about it that sells - no one wants to hear about flawless nails or anything.

I agree but I think it's because one thing that people can relate to is pain since success comes in  degrees and is different for everyone. But pain is pain - rejection, hurt, anger and death are what they are are. It's pretty universal and people want to know how to cope with it. So by dealing with pain and failures - you can live okay since success is relative.

Divas go to Broadway in the Hood performance

Chante Moore, Lil’ Mo, Claudette Ortiz, Michel’le and Dawn Robinson  minus Kelly Price  rock up for the event and to to the pink carpet.

Correction on 29 July 2013 to Miss Kelly Price non attendance:  I've been informed that Miss Kelly Price was not going to attend  the  Broadway in the Hood musical event due to a prior engagement and that charity was aware of this. I was also asked to share this with my readers (please see comment below from the charity). Also to say that Miss Kelly Price is a committed and dedicated supporter and patron of  Broadway in the Hood family - see her promo video supporting their worthy cause http://youtu.be/_patOqpevuU on YoutubeAnd also check out Torrey Russell's response on facebook and You tube http://youtu.be/oP5sXUxbqt0 regarding Miss Kelly Price.

We all know producers behind the scenes create drama and conflict for ratings. Also not everything we see is real and sometimes  the cast and situations can be manipulated.

So in this instance just understand that Kelly Price is professional and this is just PART OF A  STORY! You know when people add a bit of salt and pepper or a little something something to sweeten the story.

So back to the show. Miss Kelly Price is a no-show due to a prior engagement and we now know that charity was aware of this. So the charity knows and obviously the R&B Diva show know but that doesn't help in creating drama because nice sweet professional reality stars don't get bums on seats in front of TV One to help ratings and advertising - messy ones do.

So all of a sudden it's where is Kelly Price? Suddenly there  is a 'Where is Kelly Price?' buzz in the air.  The blond woman presenter keeps on asking and everyone keeps asking and finally the divas are ushered in. However on the same night, at the same event producer of  Broadway in the Hood Torrey Russell responsed and you can see his response on  You tube about Kelly Price not attending  http://youtu.be/oP5sXUxbqt0.

The Broadway in the Hood show is amazing and at the end the producer asks if Divas can sing at the end. Lesson learnt from R&B Divas Atlanta is that singers don't like to be put on the stop. Now with new information come to light I think all this fuss/drama about singing may just be for our benefit - be honest how many of you will keep on watching if there is nothing messy going on? Anyway they decide to give it a go and luckily Lil Mo's husband is at hand to play the piano.

They can't decide on a song and Dawn Robinson who is so afraid of everything quits telling them she can't do anything without preparation because unprofessional yada, yada, yada. The truth is that these some of the Diva's are recording artists so to do a live performance they really need to prepare. Also because the show was so good they didn't want to risk being bad. Have you seen X Factor or American Idol where the contestants are a lot better and talented than the actual artists singing on the show?

It appears they divas are about to quit when Lil Mo's husband calls her aside and tells her to do something simple so she decides on a church ditty. You know the kind of song with simple melody that anyone can follow.

Lil Mo sings the song and Chante Moore finishes it up.

Kelly Price joins the Divas for catch up

So with Broadway in the Hood keeping it 100 percent about them being aware that Miss Kelly Price wasn't going to attend and doing their utmost to protect Miss Kelly Price's reputation we now understand why it was never bought up when the girls sat down in the morning.  All that happened was that Kelly Price had to explain for the benefit of the viewer (us at home) that it clashed with a with a gig of hers. However now we know that the show already know, Broadways in the Hood already knew and probably the Divas knew about it. Then factor in a bit of editing - ta da - drums roll - it becomes a drama about Kelly Price. Anyway we now all know the truth thanks to her charity.

So the show goes on with Chante Moore going into motivational speaker/ life coach mode  starts again about her book.

Then Chante decides to hold an impromptu motivation workshop mode and give each of the women a notebook and a pen and they need to answer the following questions.

  • Write down your best qualities?
  • Write down what kind of man you want - at this point Lil Mo makes a comment that she already has him?
  • What you bring to the table?
  • Are you good enough for you?

Then Chante Moore announces that they are going to marry themselves. WTF? - Kelly Price, Lil Mo, Dawn Robinson, Claudette and Michel'le take in it in good humour and decide to go along with it. Chante gives each a wedding dress. Kelly Price shook herself and said it was too small.  I don't really think so but I guess she didn't want to embarrass herself dressing in a white wedding gown that would make her look a lot bigger than she is.

The Self Wedding Vows

This was very emotional and started off with Chante Moore. Chante Moore - She will make no compromises and will try to make better choices.

Lil Mo confessed she wasn't it to this since she was already marred and kept her vows scared however she would promise - to forgive herself more,  tell herself sorry and own up to her mistakes. Lil Mo said it was about rebirth.

Dawn Robinson was the most emotional one. You can see as I said before she is on tenterhook and under a lot of strain and pressure because she wants a child. Dawn said she shouldn't blame herself for not having kids and she needed to accept she may never have children and it isn't her fault.

Not easy because women are suppose to have children - that's the basic function so when a woman wants one and can't have it - it's a real strain.

You can also imagine all the treatments she'll be having with disappointments so it's a hard one that had eaten at her soul and spirit.

Chante Moore goes up to support her.

I think at that point everyone realises how lucky they are to have procreated so when Michel'le steps up it's short - she is grateful for all she has and just wants to be a better person. Baby Momma of Dr Dre who now is sitting on an business empire - she's good.

I can't remember what Claudette Ortiz said in her vows  - oh yes - I do now. Claudette Ortiz wanted to value and love herself as she had other people in her life.

Kelly Price was also touching and emotional. It started off the same old same old about wanting to make herself happy since she was always doing it for others but then it went deep about her fear of homelessness.

She was four when her family was made homeless and she could remember sleeping in her mother's car - before that too was repossessed.

And for the last twenty years she's being working flat out so she'll never be homeless again - I know what she means - it's like accepting every piece of work - doing things just to build up a safety net in the bank -  but you can never have enough if fear drives you. Worse of all when it's the scared and frightened four year old Kelly.  It runs deep.

Kelly's promise to herself was to now enjoy her career and talent.

Chante Moore ends it by popping some champagne.

Finally if you are looking for a charity to support, donate or do something for check out Broadway In The Hood and see how you can help others.

Love And Hip Hop Atlanta season 2 Episode 14: Kirk blames peer pressure, Karlie has leaking breast implants and begs Bezino for cash for new ones, Mimi gets new breasts, Scrappy want to get married again, Joseline proposes to Stevie J

It starts off with Shirleen Momma Rasheeda driving off and telling Kirk she's not finished with him. This points out to me that it's highly unlikely there will be a reconciliation.

Douche Bag Kirk lets us know he can beat on OLD WOMEN

Knucklehead Kirk starts talking about giving his mother-in-law a free pass otherwise it would have been another matter. Okay, I think we get the bike was an extension to Kirk's dick/penis/manhood so Momma Rasheeda kicked him where it hurt by mashing up his bike.

Anyway Kirk doesn't think before speaking because why would you want to fight an old woman. This is where he's a total moron and imbecile - only a crackhead desperate for a hit would fight an old woman. Maybe the bike is on lease and he hasn't finished making repayments on it. Whatever it is Rasheeda's mom is like over 60. Kirk is a disrespectful jerk.

Kirk and Rasheeda talk and he blames peer pressure.

Moving on swiftly he and Rasheeda start the same old talk. Four earring Kirk comes out with normal excuse of how those bitches meant nothing to him and how he loves Rasheeda, the new baby and their son. Then he says in typical man talk that Rasheeda is unreasonable with all her yelling, screaming and shouting. He's like he only made a mistake - yes on national TV. However time out - I do think he may have been sort of set up in a way VH1 got the women and booze flowing when he thought he was going for a boys weekend.

Rasheeda and Kirk continue to discuss this problem. Kirk speaks with the emotions of cold water fish - he wants to be with his family. He blames peer pressure - does he mean Benzino? To be fair Benzino did warn Kirk.

The worst thing is that Kirk is calm so he makes Rasheeda look irrational. He's like you kicked me out yada yada yada. He is too cool. Rasheeda just gets angrier and angrier till finally she tells him normally in the State of Georgia it's a 50-50 split but with adultery she can get it all Rasheeda means business. Kirk now pays attention since it's going hit him in the pocket - think of all that child support he'd have to pay if he separates from Rasheeda. Plus division of their business assets and the house.

Cold Fish Kirk meets No-neck Benzino for advice and more peer pressure

He goes meet with no-neck Benzino who tells Kirk he has two options. Option one is to beg and woo Rasheeda with a new car (whip) full of bags and shoes - is that what these two jerks think? Give a woman a nice bag and a pair of shoes and all is forgiven? Really?

The second option is Benzino has a number of a good divorce lawyer so Kirk can lawyer up and not get thrown out on the streets. Kirk probably reckons getting an whip full of shoes and bag is cheaper than engaging lawyer services who charge by the second.

Erica and Mimi

Erica and Mimi go to a golfing range and it's all about baby daddies and now these men try to manipulate them with money and gifts.

REAL LIFE SOLUTION - instead of bitching about how useless Scrappy and Stevie J are s when it comes to money and child support Mimi and Erica can go the local Atlanta Department of Health and Human Services Child Support Enforcement Division and pay the application fee and file the child support paper work.

The Department of Health and Human Services Child Support Enforcement Division will serve Scrappy and Stevie J, get an order established and start garnishing wages.

If Scrappy and Stevie J get in arrears for over $5,000 they will lose all professional licenses, driver’s license and will not be able to leave the country.

However that is too simple and not as fun as Erica and Mimi bitching about their baby daddies. So Mimi continues to whine  how whenever Stevie J gives a gift it comes with strings attached - Erica is more blatant about it. Scrappy wants sex. Mimi concedes it's all about power games.

Then Mimi says she wants a new pair of breasts. She breastfeed Eva for three years - given Eva just turned four - was Mimi still breast-feeding in season one? Anyway Mimi just wants perky breasts - who doesn't? I personally part of the reason is that Mimi has also lost a lot of weight which may have affected her chest.

Erica and Mimi go to a surgeon who does the due diligence of asking her the reason why she wants the implants - she tells him for herself. This is all rubbish because people will just lie on the form. So it's agreed.

The surgeon hands them some implants and Erica cracks jokes about the size of Joseline's implant.

Joseline and Stevie J

So 'Everything I've been Through' Joseline is getting a bit boring this season. Anyway she give Stevie J her savings to make a video and also a ticket to Puerto Rico. I'm not saying anything about her paying for Stevie J's ticket and her own video!

Sleazy Stevie J not being one to turn down a free holiday and a wad of cash accepts. However in a minute he's down the bar trying to buy his baby mother Mimi's attention. Stevie tells Mimi about the video shoot and Mimi is like a porno? Stevie is no just Joseline's music video and Mimi is like that's what she meant. Ouch!

Anyway this douche bag Stevie gives Mimi a present - a bag with a wad of cash.  I suspect that's Joseline's money. Mimi says nothing but just takes gift and  the cash - I think Mimi's just found her money for a new pair of perky titties.

Mimi goes for surgery.

Mimi flirts with the surgeon while he marks up her breasts for surgery - yuck! She is rolling her eyes and trying to look cute with a soft voice.

But then again no one looks good in a srugerical gown and cap. So no Mimi, it's not going to work

Joseline and Stevie J in Puerto Rico

This is where it gets a big funny! Joseline is an AMERICAN with Puerto Rico roots! She left Puerto Rico when she was seven years old - second grade. Given that her official age is 26 that's like nearly twenty years ago. She's about as Puerto Rican as about Stevie J is African. So all this Puerto Rican Princess is just about having a sense of identity. I thought she was more like Rihanna who left Barbados at 15 and had definite ties back in the country.  But it's the first time Joseline is going back in 19-20 years.

Anyway Joselines starts singing the old song 'Everything I've been Through' - her mother was a junkie, her father died of a drug overdose, she was treated very badly. At some point she and Stevie J had a competition on who was poorer and had hand-me-downs.  Stevie J's story I take with a pinch of salt - Joseline's is true but I think we get it. She's gone from streets- stripping to being a star. Stieve J changed her life.

Joseline starts crying. She is always crying on this show. She has no family, no father (I guess that was her stepfather that turned up to last season's reunion), her mother didn't care - she had nobody. Coming back to Puerto Rico was stirring up old memories for her.

Stevie J feeling awkard tells Joseline he's her family and he loves her. It's a touching moment but then we know Stevie J will say anything to get out of a situation - after all he did give Joseline's cash to his baby momma Mimi.

So Stevie J is lovey dovey and for the first time tells Joseline he loves her and he's loved her since day one. Very sweet but knowing Stevie J's mind he's probably making the difference between being in-love, loving someone and loving someone as a freiend and business partner - he just gave her the editted version.

Vedio Shoot

Nothing interesting much apart from Joseline looking very nice with a beautiful  it does look like she had butt implants.

Joseline proposes to Stevie J

Well, Joseline proposes to Stevie J.  The first thing Stevie J doesn't is swallow a mouthful of liquor - buying himself time to answer.

Let's look at Joseline's plan to get her man but will it work?

  1. Takes him on trip to her homeland where she had a rough childhood
  2. Crys about her situation  Everything I've been Through - tells Stevie she feels all alone with no family so Stevie J responds he loves her and will take care of her
  3. They have fun on the beach
  4. BOOM - the proposal knocks Stevie J out. He is in no position to say NO!
  5. How can he say no when he told her he was her family and loved her.

You can see Stevie J's mind ticking about what to say. He accepts but there is a twist. You know there is a twist becuase Stevie J doesn't want to give up Mimi. So jugding from next week's finale we'll find out.

Scrappy Drama

Self confessed Marijuana Pot head Scrappy has a press conference and asks all to pray for him. Given he's a celebrity he can now have the Lindsey Lohan/ Hollywood treatment where he's allowed to swap a jail sentence/lockdown for rehab.

Scrappy's lawyer warns him about keeping it real and tells Scrappy failure means going back to rehab facility in jail.  Scrappy is like he doesn't want to go back to jail for smoking pot/blunts/marijuana. I think Scrappy is missing the point. He had violated conditions of his probation - it's not the smoking. It's his release comes with conditions attached and Scrappy needs to be responsible and not violate them. Whether it's keeping a curfew, not getting into fights or drug taking.

Scrappy and Erica

Scrappy thinks he's irrestiable and God's gift to Erica goes to meet up with her. He thinks by offering marrage again it will fix everything - that's what every girl wants, right?

Scrappy says all the right things about his Momma Dee being disrespecful and how he loves Erica and wants to marry her. It's  a different version of the same old story Erica has heard from Scrappy and this time she's not buying it.

Erica has grown and matured over this show - I think it's probably because she is a reality star in her own right so star-fame appeal of Scrappy had lost it's shine. Marrying Scrappy after seeing him cheat and his mother Momma Dee being disrespectful isn't appealing. She is no longer ordinary-worker-star-struck Erica the baby momma for a semi-famous cent-less rapper.

The biggest obstacle in their relationship is Momma Dee. And Scrappy needs to make a decision there - is he going to be always manipulated by his mother? Erica doesn't really care, I think, now she has exposure she can always get a new man on a higher level than Scrappy.

Karlie Redd needs new titties too and goes to Benzino for funding

Peer-Pressure Benzino is leering over a video he made as as a dis to Joseline. Isn't this like a few months old? Karlie comes acting all surprised and questioning him about it. But then Karlie Redd can't afford to annoy Benzino since she needs his dollars.

Apparently Karlie Redd's breast implants are leaking and she tells Bezino she needs about $4,000 to get them fixed. This is just basically prostitution at it's worse.

Doesn't Karlie get paid enough on the show to repair her leaky titties/breasts?  Benzino acts a leech and tells her he say to be nice to him. It's disgusting, begging Benzino for money on TV and then kissing him. And they all have the audcity to make fun of Joseline and call her a prostitute.

R&B Divas LA espisode 2: Dawn Robinson and Michel'le talk domenstic abuse, the Divas talk about unplugging vaginas, working mom balance and Kenny Lattimore sues Chante Moore for custody.Claudette Ortiz meets up with Ryan Toby

So the open mic is done!

The show kicks off with Kelly Price thanking Chante Moore for doing the open mic. Kelly Price is a very pretty woman. She is grateful for everyone donating their time for free especially since lets face it these girls can sing - if Keke Whyatt was in this group she will be just another voice.

Anyway Kelly tells Chante that she is going to throw a dinner party for Chante's birthday. So Chante is excited and is her own words - is going to be 30 again!

Lil Mo and  Claudette Ortiz have a play date

So Lil Mo,  Claudette Ortiz and their kids have a play date at  Claudette Ortiz's house. Nice house I must say. They talk about balancing motherhood with bringing up children and how so very hard it is.

Okay but millions of working women are doing this - unless you are on state welfare system - and even those do backhand jobs. If you want your kiddies to have something nice - ya'll need to work. Simple. Anyway it occurs to me that  Claudette Ortiz sounds like Monifah.

Chante Moore birthday dinner party.

So far so good. No fake phony pretend BS like in R&B Divas Atlanta. These women are real in their stories - every woman on this show is in First Class mentality. Not coach allowed! Anyway the women come to Kelly's house where CO is already there making the food with Kelly.

Apparently Chante loves sea food. After a bit of female bonding and jokes Kelly tells the girls that she has a project in mind. She wants to so a monologue but with some songs - life stories with music. A bit like Vagina Monologues meet Unplugged. Sounds good to me. Let's hope no one does a Syleena Johnson shady style coup. Come on now Nikki was made to look bad but both were equally as bad.

Someone says they'll go see the original Vagina Monologue but Chante Moore is like - no way! People shouldn't be worrying about other people's vagina (I've heard this line before from Jennifer Williams in Basketballs Wives when she was arguing with Eve Lonzada).  Chante more is about everyone should focus on unplugging their own vagina. There are giggles around the table and the talk reverts to sex.

Chante is like she lost her virginity at 17. In fact it wasn't lost - it was taken by some loser who was much older than her. It wasn't what she expected.

Lil Mo cosigns and tells us about her experience. She did it and it was painful, messy worse thing was the loser idiot boy was like he wasn't going to do it again - so she went into her shell and became a tom boy. The whole experience was traumatising. It wasn't like there was music, violins playing, candy or flowers brought. It was just nasty. I agree - it was painful and not what I expected too  - even afterwards it's like let me lay down and think of England because it became boring. So I'm very sure if some people just make up about their first time - but believe me - it was no Mill and Boon Romance novel type thing.

Lil Mo and the cost of living on the West Coast.

It cuts back to Lil Mo complaining about the cost of living on the West Coast compared to Baltimore. She complained about the cost of gasoline and that can't even get a nanny to look after the baby because it was so expensive. To be honest LA, Hollywood is a money town.

Her husband is like that is where they need to be if they want to move further in their career. As a scorer and composer - it's ideal because of Hollywood so even if it's low budget TV and movies he can still earn a cent.  He can get more opportunities here - so can Mo.

Then Mo is like she want to be an artist rather than a -stay-home-mom who does music.

Claudette Ortiz and ex-husband and former City High band mate, Ryan Toby

Claudette meets her ex Ryan to discuss things. These two still have a strong chemistry and I'm inclined say stop playing games with the on and off friendship and try and resolve some stuff. Try counselling.  I say thing because even the way  Claudette Ortiz was sitting was so obvious she was confused about the whole thing and still cared deeply about this dude.

As for Ryan - with all good intentions - the guy is a hustler. I just think now  Claudette Ortiz is on this TV show he's edging in to get some exposure for himself. However if he lives in LA that may also be a hidden reason why  Claudette Ortiz  moved - so she could be nearer him.  It's not everything that is revealed on camera.

Anyway they don't really talk much but there a lot of unresolved feelings and issues with those two.

Duwayne Wayne is in the house.

Kardeem Hardison makes an appearance - he's now a fat poppa. Chante tells him she needs him to fix her up with a date. Kardeem hints that Chante is a bible girl - good strong Christian and comes out with Jesus or Abraham.

Chante laughs but it seems Chante is a perfectionist - which is quite obvious in her singing as well. She wanted everything to be perfect - I think maybe her standards and demands where just too high.

Anyway Chante is like she just wants to date and no marriage.

Dawn and Michel'le

They are both having a pedicure when they start to discuss girls' favourite subject - men/boys. Not sure how it starts but I think it goes on to cheating and babies.  Michel'le is like she is happy single because she has no time to deal with kids.

Dawn Robinson then reveals that her husband had three kids in the marriage. It was very painful because Dawn had none. Michel'le cosigns and says there was bad in another way. Michel'le then husband had three of them pregnant just around the same time. So one ho gave birth a few month before Michel'le had her baby and other ho a few months after.

Then it went to domestic violence.  Apparently Dawn's husband suddenly changed when they married. He was a nice charmer but after that it was like a Jekyll and Hyde change. He would allegedly grabbed her by the neck. At some point it was like a Jerry Springer show.

Michel'le asked her how long before she started fighting back - Dawn was like after the second time but it became destructive because she would leave him and always go back.

Michel'le was it was after about the 15th alleged assault she started fighting. But she too started leaving but going back. And then Michel'le in true form drops one - it was mainly the gifts that did it.  Dawn is like she had no gifts - in fact Dawn implies  it was her money that was bankrolling that marriage.

Chante Moore and her manager

Chante reveals to her manger that her ex-husband Kenny Lattimore is now suing her for custody of her son.  Kenny is alleging that her son is better adjusted living with him than Chante (his mother) because she doesn't take care of him. He is also that she doesn't have the time to look after him. Ouch!

All I can say is that Kenny Lattimore has bad timing and probably made a wrong move.  He picks the moment when his ex-wife is on TV bearing her soul to tell her she is a bad mom. He has also given Chante Moore a storyline for the show. What an idiot! Now this battle is going to be fought in the public arena and everyone is going to know his son's business.  Whatever happened to mediation and resolution?

 Chante Moore and  Claudette Ortiz

They meet up to discuss the monologue and then Chante tells her about Kenny Lattimore trying to take her baby away from her. What man tries to take away a child from its mama on national TV? Lawyers are a last result

Church Do

Chante invites all the girls to support her in a video where she is going to be singing live.  She is collaborating with her pastor on a project.

The girl turns up and Chante is nervous that all this Kenny Lattimore drama will affect her singing. She steps on stage and blows everyone away.

She has an incredible voice - she is just as good as Mariah Carey  - but then back in the day Mariah did marry the Sony boss label Tony Mottola so the entire Sony Machine was working for her.

It must be frustrating to be able to sing like that but having no opportunity to show the world.  Possibly bad management, poor promotion and marketing and mainly it not being the right time.

The case of $95 million, Mel Tucker, Willy Bo-bo and inappropriate sexual conducts on the telephone.
